This membership includes includes:

- Yoga Stretch
- Open Run Club
- Cardio Strength/Glutes (Stroller Strides)
- Access to private Facebook group
- Access to all recorded workouts in Facebook group
- Access to live Zoom workouts

Registration fee includes the cost of one resistance tube and credit card fees incurred by business over life of membership.
